U-BSS achieved 90.7% accuracy in Uzbek language recognition using AI

U-BSS holds a prominent position among companies developing AI-based conversational solutions in terms of Uzbek language recognition and offers one of the leading comprehensive solutions for automating customer service.

This high result was achieved by leveraging a unified technology stack and innovative tools that enable effective training of a virtual assistant with a small amount of data. For instance, datasets ranging from 2 to 10 hours in length, in the form of audio files with precise transcription of each, were used to train the robot. This allowed for rapid and high-quality training of the model to understand the Uzbek language. While the accuracy of the first version of the model was only 46%, the recognition quality in the new version doubled, reaching over 90.7%.
