Women's Hackathon Startup Weekend Women Edition

From May 19 to 21, a three-day women's hackathon, Techstars Startup Weekend Women Edition, will take place at the C Space coworking center in Tashkent.

Startup Weekend Women Edition offers women the opportunity to gain valuable experience, connect with industry professionals, and develop their startup ideas.

On the first day of the hackathon, participants will receive instructions on the event program and present their startup ideas to attract other participants to their teams within one minute. The authors of the ten ideas receiving the most votes will form teams with other participants and begin working on the proposed ideas.

The second day of the competition will be key: participants will attend workshops on MVP and hypothesis testing, and after lectures, they will test their ideas and create prototypes. Teams will also collaborate with startup industry leaders who will share their experience and help them refine their ideas.

On the final day of the event, teams will present their ideas to the judges. Evaluation will be based on three criteria: best hypothesis testing, best business model, and best market potential. The top three startups with the highest scores across all criteria will be awarded prizes.

The event will be conducted in English.
