An exhibition of unique digital solutions took place in Astana with the support of UNDP

The event showcased digital solutions in the field of sustainable development, implemented with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Kazakhstan.

Among other digital solutions are technological gadgets and systems that have been successfully implemented in Kazakhstan's protected natural areas: the SMART patrolling system, unmanned aerial vehicles for forest inventory, camera traps, and satellite collars for monitoring and studying Kazakhstan's biological diversity.

Conference participants were also able to explore virtual tours of five national parks and nature reserves, prepared with the support of UNDP in Kazakhstan.
