A platform for hiring foreign experts has been launched in Uzbekistan

The Agency for Strategic Reforms has presented a new electronic registry for attracting foreign consultants and experts. The platform xorijiyekspertlar.uz, created jointly with the Ministry of Digital Technologies, was developed in accordance with the presidential decree of May, aimed at optimizing the process of hiring foreign specialists.

Through the platform, customer organizations will be able to hire experts and conclude contracts with them online, ensuring transparent monitoring of key performance indicators. The process of working with KPIs includes three stages: development and approval of monthly tasks, analysis of their completion taking into account unforeseen circumstances, and evaluation of results with the adoption of appropriate measures.

To use the platform, it is necessary to log in through the OneID system. Organizations can enter data about their projects and involved consultants, which significantly simplifies the process of cooperation and control over task completion.
