Now on Kaspi.kz, you can trade in your old iPhone for a new one

The Kaspi.kz Store has launched a Trade-in service. Now, when purchasing a new iPhone, you can trade in your old smartphone and receive money for it. There is no need to search for a buyer, post ads, or arrange meetings—all transactions are handled through the Kaspi.kz app. The service is gradually rolling out in Almaty and Astana, and will later be available in other cities across Kazakhstan.

Currently, only Apple smartphones can be traded in. The list of eligible models is displayed in the app during the device evaluation process.

To use the service, click the Trade-in banner in the Kaspi.kz Store. Then, specify your iPhone model, storage capacity, and color, answer questions about its condition, and enter the IMEI. The app will immediately display a preliminary valuation for your old phone.

Next, select your new iPhone and pay using your preferred method: installment plan, credit, Kaspi Gold, Kaspi Red+, bonuses, or a certificate.

Once the new smartphone is delivered, transfer your data to it and prepare the old device according to the instructions, logging out of all accounts. There is no need to bring the phone anywhere: in the app, you can choose a convenient date and address for handover. These details cannot be changed after selection.

After inspection, the final valuation will appear in the app. If the amount is acceptable, the user signs the acceptance act using Kaspi’s electronic digital signature (EDS). Funds for the old iPhone will be applied toward paying off the installment or credit for the new smartphone, or credited to Kaspi Gold.

Kaspi.kz will announce the launch of Trade-in in other cities via Kaspi Guide and its official social media channels.
