On May 18, a ceremony was held near the village of Samsarak to lay the foundation for the Villayat Samsarak: Creative Eco IT Village complex. This eco-settlement will serve as a pilot project for the Villayat Group of Companies. It is expected to contribute to the development of the region's green and creative economy, as well as attract tourists to the Parkent District.

IT towns will also be established in the Chimboy, Gijduvan, Zomin, Sharaf Rashidov, Farish, Khatyrchi, Pap, Shahrisabz, Kushrabat, Saryasiya, Syrdarya, Tashlak, and Tuproqqala districts, as well as in the city of Khanabad. These complexes are planned to provide training for young people in IT, foreign languages, and other modern professions.
