In Tunduk, you can now book an appointment online at the Center for Public Services of the Kyrgyz Republic.

A new feature has been launched in the Tunduk mobile app in Kyrgyzstan — online appointment booking at Public Service Centers. This innovation aims to enhance the convenience and efficiency of interactions between citizens and government institutions. With the introduction of this new service, Tunduk users will be able to book appointments at Public Service Centers across the entire republic at their convenience using their mobile devices. This will help avoid long queues and save valuable time.

Key features of the new service:

— user-friendly interface: the app's intuitive interface allows for easy and quick appointment booking in just a few steps

— time savings: the ability to choose a convenient time for a visit and avoid long waits in line

— accessibility: the service is available to all Tunduk app users, regardless of their place of residence.

The new electronic queue system was developed by the State Enterprise "Infocom" under the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the launch of the new feature in the mobile app was implemented in collaboration with the State Institution "Tunduk" under the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Kyrgyz Republic. Online electronic appointment booking at Public Service Centers is just one step toward the digitalization and improvement of service quality for citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
