Randy Zuckerberg, the author of the Facebook Live idea, will perform in Tashkent.

Randy was part of the Facebook team from the very beginning—when the company was still a startup. She was responsible for marketing and became the author of the idea behind Facebook Live, a live streaming format that is now used worldwide.

After six years at Facebook, she founded her own company, Zuckerberg Media, published books, worked on educational and media projects, wrote for The New York Times, and spoke at TEDx and other international forums.

The topic of the meeting in Tashkent is leadership, management, and work-life balance. Randy will share how she built her career in the male-dominated tech industry, why it's important not to strive for perfection, how to set priorities and avoid burnout, and what helps her balance work, family, and personal growth.
