Huawei's ICT Academy was opened in Semey to support regional development.

Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan has opened an IT Academy at Shakarim University in the city of Semey. As part of the collaboration between the technology company and the state university, the program aims to train highly qualified domestic professionals in the field of ICT.

As part of the training program, students study advanced digital technologies and innovations, and undergo practical training under the guidance of experienced Huawei specialists. In addition, studying at the Academy provides the opportunity to obtain internationally recognized certifications. The most talented students can complete an internship with the possibility of subsequent employment at Huawei.
