The Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan will create an AI-powered analytics center

To ensure 100% accounting of energy resources, from generation, transmission, and distribution to the consumer — this is the task currently being addressed by the Ministry of Energy.

This is necessary to identify where losses occur and to ensure the automated formation of energy, heat, and oil balances. In 2024, a situational-analytical center for the fuel and energy complex will be established, which will handle the collection and processing of all industry data. The use of AI elements will facilitate the development of modeling and forecasting.

Another significant project is the digitalization of the process of providing targeted social assistance. A pilot project will launch in collaboration with "KaztransgazAymak".

Energy facilities are planned to be passportized and digitized within the monitoring system for preparation for the heating season. If summer monitoring focuses on the execution of repair work at energy enterprises, then from autumn onwards, the production and consumption of energy resources will be tracked in online mode: how much is supplied, how much remains in the return line, water consumption, and other indicators.
