Cooperation with the founder of Binance is planned in Kyrgyzstan for the development of the cryptocurrency market

The National Agency for Investments under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Changpeng Zhao have agreed to collaborate as infrastructure and technological support.

The parties intend to work on a number of initiatives, including:

— infrastructure and technological support. Consultations and technological solutions to assist in the development of blockchain infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as support in the development and formation of the proposed cryptocurrency reserve.

—  facilitating the training and support of youth, blockchain technology specialists, as well as implementing a program to train employees of relevant ministries and agencies in blockchain technologies, virtual asset management, and cybersecurity.

 — a system for managing the development of virtual assets and blockchain technologies.

Changpeng Zhao is the founder of one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges, Binance, specializing in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency solutions, with experience in wallet development, blockchain infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, and consulting services.
