Kyrgyzstan has adopted a state program to support women's leadership until 2030.

The program aims to create conditions for the active participation of women in the political, economic, and public life of the country, as well as to promote the formation of their role in making key decisions.

The goal of the program is to establish priorities for state policy in the field of gender equality and to contribute to the socio-economic development of Kyrgyzstan.

Additionally, women who aspire to take on leadership positions will be given the opportunity for training and professional development. Courses and trainings will be organized for them to enhance their leadership skills and competencies, and a system will be developed to prepare women candidates for leadership positions and to improve their qualifications after appointment.
