In Kyrgyzstan, the first digital AI avatar operating in the Kyrgyz language has been created. The development was carried out by the AIRUN project team, which previously presented a large language model and a voice assistant in the Kyrgyz language.
Currently, three key components of a modern AI stack have been established in the country:
— a large language model, LLM
— a multilingual voice assistant, ASR + TTS
— a digital AI avatar with live animation and synchronized speech.
To create a complete video, the user only needs to upload a photo and enter text in the Kyrgyz language or speak it aloud. The system automatically synchronizes facial expressions, articulation, intonation, and lip movements, transforming a static image into a "living" character. Creating a 15-second video takes about 30 seconds, which is comparable to global solutions such as Synthesia, Visper, and Creatify. The free version allows creating videos up to 20 seconds long. The system works directly in the browser on mobile devices and PCs without the need for additional equipment.
To create avatars, AIRUN uses modern animation, speech synchronization, and facial expression generation models employed by leading global AI platforms. This ensures a high level of realism and quality comparable to international solutions.
