An AI model for job and resume recommendations has been launched in Kazakhstan

The Electronic Labor Exchange portal now features an artificial intelligence model that provides job and resume recommendations for both job seekers and employers. The implemented AI model is trained on data from the MTSZN information systems.

The development of this recommendation system utilized a cutting-edge architecture similar to that of LinkedIn Recruiter's search and recommendation system. The core functionality is based on natural language processing models, enabling the system to effectively analyze the content of resumes and job postings.

Future plans include continuous improvement of the system, including the application of modern machine learning algorithms and providing job seekers with recommendations for additional education and courses to enhance their skills.
