In Kazakhstan, a bot has been launched to fight breast cancer called "Pink ZaBOTa."

In anticipation of World Cancer Day, Kazakhstan has introduced a new digital tool for breast cancer awareness — the Telegram bot «Pink October Bot». The project was implemented through the collaboration of IT company EPAM, the Public Association «Together Against Cancer», and cosmetics company Avon Central Asia.

The Telegram bot «Pink October Bot» is designed to raise awareness about the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of breast cancer. With its help, anyone can learn about risk factors, early signs of the disease, and where to seek medical assistance. Currently, the bot is available in Russian, and a Kazakh version will be added soon.

In March, a «Feedback» section will be added, where users will be able to leave their comments, suggestions, and ideas for the development of the project.

Avon's breast cancer mission was launched in 1992 in England, and in Kazakhstan in 2016. For 33 years, they have been supporting initiatives aimed at raising awareness, improving diagnostics, and supporting women affected by this disease.
