A unified digital platform, E-Joldar, will be created in Kazakhstan for road management.

The platform will integrate existing digital systems and enable the automation of processes for collecting and accounting for information on all highways — international, republican, regional, and district.

One of the key functions of the platform will be to ensure transparency in the development of the road industry, as well as reliable control and efficient management of road assets. Additionally, E-Joldar will create conditions for closer interaction between road users, local authorities, and specialists responsible for managing road assets. The implementation of the platform is scheduled for the first half of 2026, which will significantly improve the quality of road services and accelerate the resolution of issues related to infrastructure.
