Demand for IT specialists is growing in Kazakhstan

HeadHunter Kazakhstan has summarized the results of 2022 in the job market and shared its analysis of employer offers and candidate resumes posted on hh.kz.

Sales managers and sales representatives have been breaking all records in demand for several years. Since the beginning of the year, about 100,000 job vacancies in the sales sector have been posted, accounting for more than 38% of the total number of vacancies on hh.kz.

The most promising field is information technology, which ranks fifth. It has all the prerequisites to rise to the top next year.

Accounting and finance professionals occupy the second place in terms of the number of job vacancies.

With the development of the service industry and customer care services, call center operators, office managers, administrators, and secretaries have become essential.

A shortage of job vacancies is observed in the insurance and raw material extraction sectors.
