A centralized digital cabinet for entrepreneurs will be established in Kazakhstan

The Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan is developing a digital service called the "Unified Entrepreneur's Personal Account," which will integrate key government systems into a single platform. Currently, entrepreneurs work with various services such as "ESF," "EPZ," "Customs," "DFO," "E-Qazyna Registry," "ISNA," Qoldau, but not all are aware of their capabilities. The new account will simplify access to all these tools, reduce bureaucratic barriers, and accelerate business processes.

The "Unified Entrepreneur's Personal Account" will allow entrepreneurs to register, submit tax reports, apply for refunds of overpayments, manage tax regimes, and participate in procurement, all in electronic format. For user convenience, an intuitive interface has been created and tested. In the future, a mobile application with full functionality of the web version will be available in the App Store and Play Market.

The project is being implemented as part of the national digital transformation and aligns with the directives of the President of Kazakhstan. At this stage, integration with external platforms is being finalized, and the launch of the service will be an important step in developing digital infrastructure focused on business convenience and transparency in interactions with the government.
