He was born in 1994 in the city of Shymkent. He graduated from the Asia-Pacific University of Technology and Innovation in Malaysia and the Eurasian Law Academy named after D.A. Kunayev.
He began his career as a programmer at a private company.
In 2019, he worked in the Department of Electronic Industry Development of the Ministry of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the "Youth Practice" program.
From 2020 to 2023, he served as an expert, senior expert, head of department, and deputy director of the Department of Electronic Industry Development and Digital Assets Industry at the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry.
Since 2023, he has been the Director of the Department of Electronic Industry Development and Digital Assets Industry at the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry (MDRIA).
