The Karaganda IT hub "Terricon Valley" is opening application registration for the Developer Hackathon: from March 24 to 26, beginner and experienced developers will share a prize fund of 1,000,000 tenge.
At the hackathon, teams need to develop a solution based on one of the cases from the project partner, Kolesa Group:
- Incident Manager for OSI
- Service for grade growth assistance
- Mini-games for developing specific programming skills
On the first day, participants will choose a case that they will work on for the next two days.
Each day, the project tracker will meet with teams to assess current progress. Participants will also have the opportunity to refine their ideas together with technical experts and ask them questions.
On the third day, there will be final project presentations and an awards ceremony for the winners.
The best teams will receive grants for further project development and will be awarded prizes from the hackathon partners. The event is held with the support of the Department of Informatization, Public Services, and Archives of the Karaganda Region.
