A hackathon DT4CE will take place in Bishkek.

The theme of the hackathon is “Digital Technologies for Empowering Citizens in Kyrgyzstan.”

Objectives:

— engaging citizens in interaction with the government

— simplifying citizen-government interaction through the use of digital technologies

— empowering civil society to improve public procurement through digital technologies.

The task is to create a platform for engaging citizens and entrepreneurs in the public procurement process in Kyrgyzstan using digital technologies.

Criteria for evaluating the final product or solution:

— innovation of the idea for citizen engagement

— a working prototype

— presence of both a server-side component and desktop or mobile applications

— intuitive design that meets modern standards

— quality of the IT solution presentation.
