A hackathon on the digitalization of agriculture, Digital Farmer Hackathon, will take place in Bishkek.

Digital Farmer Hackathon 2025 is an event aimed at digitalizing the agricultural sector of Kyrgyzstan. The event will take place at TechnoPark Meta Hall and will bring together IT specialists, students, startup teams, and representatives of the agro-industrial complex. Participants will develop prototypes of digital solutions, including services for farmers, monitoring systems, data analysis algorithms, and tools to improve agricultural efficiency.

The organizer is the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the support of industry partners. The prize fund will amount to 200,000 som, which will be distributed among the three winning teams. Registration for participation is already open, and organizers note that the hackathon will become an important platform for implementing innovations and attracting young developers to solve real problems of the country's agricultural sector.
