The beetech conf 2024 IT conference took place in Almaty.

On April 27, the fourth IT conference — beetech conf by Beeline Kazakhstan and QazCode — took place at the Narxoz University campus in Almaty. The event brought together engineers, developers, product managers, agile coaches, and other IT specialists from across the industry to discuss challenges, hear inspiring stories, and connect with like-minded professionals.

Out of 140 applications, more than 30 presentations were selected and distributed across three streams: Engineering, Big Data, and Management.

The event featured prominent speakers from Kazakhstan and internationally, representing Beeline Kazakhstan/QazCode, NVIDIA, Booking, Verigram, Tinkoff, Kolesa Group, and other companies. Each expert submitted an application, went through a selection process, and received a platform to share their expertise and showcase their products.

The conference was held in an offline format, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the "here and now" moment. Tickets sold out within two weeks of registration opening. Nevertheless, organizers ensured that those who couldn't attend the conference could still listen to presentations by their favorite speakers. All talks are available on the Beetech YouTube channel, where recordings from previous years can also be viewed.

In addition to the main presentations, the event included four "apartment-style" sessions. This new format allowed participants not only to ask questions as in panel discussions but also to actively exchange expert opinions. As the organizers noted, beetech conf attendees possess significant experience and knowledge, which enriched the overall discussion.

One of the key motivations for speakers and participants to attend such events is the opportunity to expand their knowledge of the latest tools and methods used in their professional activities. Networking also played a crucial role: participants had the chance to communicate with speakers, meet other professionals in their field, discuss ideas, solve specific problems, and take part in workshops.
