Blockchain Day 2023 will take place in Almaty for experts and participants in the digital industry.

On February 2–3, as part of the Digital Almaty international forum, Blockchain Day 2023 will take place, where leading experts will discuss issues related to the development of the digital asset mining industry in Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan Blockchain Day is an annual event dedicated to discussing the latest trends and challenges in the crypto industry and mining. It will bring together more than 1,000 attendees on a single platform — from domestic and foreign experts, crypto enthusiasts, to representatives of government agencies and developers of promising projects.

The forum will feature a panel session titled “Web 3.0: The New Internet Revolution,” during which a project to implement the Web 3.0 concept will be launched with the participation of blockchain industry experts and participants of the World Economic Forum.

Speakers:

— Islambek Salzhanov, Chairman of the Presidium of the Kazakhstan Blockchain Technologies Association

— Arushi Goel, Data and Blockchain Policy Specialist

— Asel Zhanasova, Chairman of the Board of JSC “Kazpost”

— Bakhyt Niyazov, Venture Investor and Co-founder of MOST Ventures, and others.

The main goal of the forum is to explore the prospects of blockchain technology and crypto startups in Central Asia. Experts will attempt to answer the question: “Are blockchain projects currently sustainable businesses with high potential for attracting investment?”

The first Kazakhstan Blockchain Day took place in the capital in December 2021 at the Astana Hub venue.

When: February 2–3 at 10:00

Where: Digital Almaty, KCDs “Atakent”, Pavilion 10/11
