The largest event for IT leaders will take place in Almaty

On June 7, 2025, Event Space Forum Almaty will host Kolesa TeamLead Day’25 — an annual event bringing together team leads, tech leads, development managers, and team leaders. This is the first and largest platform in Kazakhstan for sharing experience and developing leadership skills in IT.

Since the first event in 2022, Kolesa Group has aimed to create a space for interaction and development of specialists who manage teams in the technology field. Over three years, Kolesa TeamLead Day has become an important event for IT community representatives, where they discuss current issues, share practical cases, and seek new approaches for team growth.

In 2025, Kolesa TeamLead Day will feature six presentations from leading experts and invited speakers, with over 400 participants expected — representatives from various IT fields.

This year's presentation topics cover key aspects of management and development: effective delegation for optimizing workflows, onboarding and integration strategies for newcomers, enhancing leadership skills and practical management methods, as well as proper project and team management to achieve maximum results.

For Kolesa Group, this event is also an important step in supporting leaders who help shape future teams.
