Uzum Tezkor and iiko announced a strategic partnership in Uzbekistan

The integration of Uzum Tezkor and iiko allows optimizing all processes from order acceptance to delivery to the customer and significantly reducing the workload on staff. Implementing the joint solution allows immediately reducing delivery time by five to seven minutes.

The system allows routing the order directly to the kitchen, without wasting staff resources on order acceptance, automatically retrieving dish stop-lists from the restaurant, and displaying the most up-to-date menu to the user. Today, iiko is used by every third partner of the Uzum Tezkor service: about 150 establishments in Tashkent.
