Uzum and Click announced their merger

The national payment organization Click is merging with the Uzum group of companies — an agreement on further steps for the merger was signed on June 21 in Tashkent. Thanks to the integration of Uzum and Click, residents of remote settlements across the country will gain access to reliable and convenient financial services, a wide range of products at competitive prices, solutions for business development, and other digital products.

In the future, the companies plan to transform Click into a super app — one of the key entry points into the group of companies' ecosystem.

In addition to Click, the Uzum ecosystem includes the Uzum Market marketplace with fast delivery and a wide range of products, the Uzum Nasiya installment service and banking assets, as well as the Uzum Tezkor express delivery service from restaurants and stores.
