Uzbek developers have reached the final of the Yandex Cup 2025

Two developers from Uzbekistan — Akobir Abduganiev and Nazarbek Baltabaev — have advanced to the final of the international Yandex Cup 2025 programming championship. The final stage will take place from December 5 to 7 in Istanbul.

The final will feature approximately 180–196 participants from dozens of countries. They will compete in six categories: Backend, Frontend, Mobile Development, Machine Learning, Analytics, and Algorithms. Participants will need to solve more than 100 unique problems prepared by Yandex experts.

The total prize fund of the tournament amounts to 12 million rubles. Winners and prize winners will receive monetary awards, as well as the opportunity for simplified employment at Yandex.

Nazarbek Baltabaev and Akobir Abduganiev have previously participated in international programming competitions and olympiads. This year, they reached the final after successfully passing the qualifying rounds.

The Yandex Cup final is one of the largest international platforms for young developers, where they can showcase their skills and gain recognition on a global level.
