About Me
I have six years of experience in software development. Throughout my career, I have had a strong passion for entrepreneurship, particularly in the startup space. My professional experience has played a key role in building the web and mobile versions of our product. I also bring my technical expertise to team management and collaboration with developers, ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions.
A strong foundation in software development directly influences how we design and implement innovative, efficient systems for our clients, enabling us to solve real-world problems using technology.
How It All Started
I was inspired by observing international trends in the real estate sector. I saw how effectively large residential complexes abroad manage their operations using specialized software. I realized that there was nothing similar in Uzbekistan, despite the trend of premium housing construction.
The moment of insight came when I was talking with a friend who works in real estate in London. He told me about the different types of software used in residential building management. I understood that the solutions working there could be adapted to digitize this sector in Uzbekistan.

The Team
Together with my co-founders, we started by conducting detailed market research. We spoke with dozens of building management companies to understand their pain points. Then, we assembled a small team of four people with complementary skills in IT, real estate management, and business development.
One of the most challenging tasks was adapting best international practices to the local market. We had to ensure that our solution was not just a copy of Western systems, but rather met the unique needs of Uzbekistan and helped solve local challenges more effectively.
We looked for people with the necessary technical skills who also shared our vision of transforming real estate management in Uzbekistan. Passion and adaptability were key qualities.
Target Audience
Our primary target audience is companies managing residential real estate, especially in the premium segment. We also target residents of these buildings and third-party service providers. This was determined through initial market research and conversations with stakeholders in the real estate sector.
For management companies, we optimize operations ranging from communication with residents to booking amenities. For residents, we provide a universal solution for everything related to their living space, from bill payments to booking facilities. For service providers, we offer a platform for effective customer interaction.

Incubation Programs
We have been participating in the Swift Accelerator since November 2023, and it has been a truly valuable experience. We receive support in everything from product development to legal aspects, which significantly eases our path to success.
To date, we have fully funded the project ourselves. We strive to maintain full control over our vision at these early stages, as this is critical for the successful development of the project.
Challenges
One of the most interesting and unexpected challenges we faced was finding a balance between technology and traditional real estate management methods in Uzbekistan. We discovered that many real estate management companies are deeply entrenched in their systems, which rely on manual and paper-based processes. There was significant resistance to change, not only due to a lack of technological knowledge but also due to fears about job security.
We had to become not only software developers but also change management consultants. We spent considerable time explaining the benefits of digital transformation to potential clients, addressing concerns about job losses, and demonstrating how our system could actually increase the productivity of their employees.

Plans
Our main goal is to successfully launch the product and attract our first clients. As we grow, we plan to expand our team.
In the coming years, we plan to expand into commercial real estate management. In the long term, we see potential for entering other Central Asian markets.
