Teleperformance is considering Uzbekistan for the creation of a call center with German-speaking specialists

Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan held negotiations with the international company Teleperformance, one of the world leaders in customer experience management. The parties discussed the prospects of opening a Teleperformance back office in Uzbekistan.

Teleperformance, a company operating in more than 80 countries with an annual turnover of $9 billion, is exploring the possibility of opening an operational center in Uzbekistan, focusing on German-speaking specialists.

Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan presented the advantages of doing business in Uzbekistan, as well as the human resources potential, including the availability of German-speaking employees.

Teleperformance showed particular interest in the preferential conditions for IT residents: 0% corporate income tax and simplified registration procedures. The Zero Risk program as a market entry model, as well as Uzbekistan's potential as a hub for multilingual support in the region.

Subsequently, Teleperformance will conduct an internal assessment and approval with its HR team, as well as conduct interviews with candidates with the participation of the company's Head of HR.

Negotiations with Teleperformance confirm the growing attractiveness of Uzbekistan for global players in the outsourcing sector. The unique combination of qualified personnel, preferential conditions, and a multilingual environment opens up new opportunities for creating international customer support centers in the country.
