AI company CoRun.ai, co-founded by Nodir Ruzmatov from Uzbekistan, has raised $3.5 million in a Seed round at a valuation of $17.5 million. The startup is working to improve fleet efficiency. Investments came from Access Capital Management, Silicon Valley business angels, and logistics industry experts.
CoRun.ai is creating an AI-based Captive Insurance model that allows fleets to own their own risks, reduce insurance premiums, and turn safety metrics into financial benefits.
The startup acts as an AI layer for fleet management, integrating operations, safety, and finance. This gives carriers access to real-time analytics, increasing efficiency and profitability.
According to the company, fleets using the CoRun.ai platform achieve double-digit efficiency gains, including:
— a 10.2% reduction in fuel costs through route optimization and smart purchasing
— a 12.8% decrease in maintenance cost per mile through predictive service
— reduced accident rates and insurance premiums through AI safety coaching.
