Servercore, an international IT infrastructure provider with a local presence in Uzbekistan, announced the launch of a new availability zone in Tashkent, based on the UZINFOCOM data center. The ability to deploy in two combined pools connected by a common network will help the provider's clients significantly increase the fault tolerance of their IT systems and services. Additionally, this will enhance data storage security and reduce latency for end users.
In the new availability zone, customers have access to cloud and dedicated servers. Dedicated servers are built on Intel Xeon E-2236, Intel Xeon W-2255, and Intel Xeon Silver 4214R processors, while cloud servers are based on AMD EPYC 7713 Milan.
Since the launch of the new zone, Servercore customers will also be able to use the global router service. This service allows customers to configure network interaction between cloud and dedicated servers for free, both within a single availability zone and between the two pools located in Tashkent. Communication between them will be supported by two 10 Gbit/s data transfer channels, which can be increased if necessary.
