Razer has introduced its first vertical gaming mouse — the Pro Click V2 Vertical Edition

Razer has announced two new gaming mouse models: the classic Pro Click V2 and the vertical Pro Click V2 Vertical Edition. The latter is the first vertical mouse in the brand's lineup and is designed with a focus on ergonomics and long-term use without discomfort.

Both models feature an updated design, programmable buttons, Razer Chroma RGB lighting support, and integration of the AI Prompt Master feature. The latter allows users to access neural networks such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot with a single button press. The standard Pro Click V2 model features rubberized side grips, a wide thumb rest, and a scroll wheel with a free-spin mode that is convenient for working with long documents and spreadsheets.

The mouse sensors offer a resolution of up to 30,000 dpi and acceleration of up to 40G. The rated lifespan of the micro-switches is up to 60 million clicks. Wireless operation is complemented by the ability to connect via USB Type-C cable. The Pro Click V2 offers up to three and a half months of battery life, while the vertical version can last up to six months without recharging.

The main feature of the Pro Click V2 Vertical Edition is its 71.7° angled body and an extended base that elevates the wrist. This reduces strain on the wrist during long gaming sessions or office work. The hardware remains identical to the base model, except for the improved battery.

Both new models are now available for purchase in the United States. The Razer Pro Click V2 costs $100, while the vertical version is priced at $120.
