Microsoft has released Copilot apps for iOS, iPadOS, and Android. Users can use GPT-4, create images via DALL-E 3, and work with text. The app is available in the Apple App Store and has a separate web interface.
Just a few days after introducing the Copilot app for Android, Microsoft released an app for its AI chatbot on iOS and iPadOS. Both versions of the app are now available for download in the Apple App Store.
The app provides access to Microsoft Copilot and works similarly to the mobile OpenAI ChatGPT app. In addition to asking questions, composing emails, and summarizing text, you can also create images through integration with the DALL-E 3 text-to-image generator.
Unlike the free version of ChatGPT, which uses GPT-3.5, Copilot allows you to access GPT-4, OpenAI's latest large language model, without needing to pay for a subscription.
With the rebranding of Microsoft Bing Chat to Copilot, the company is moving toward offering a standalone experience similar to ChatGPT. Along with releasing apps for Android and Apple devices, Microsoft has also created a web interface for Copilot, separate from Bing.
