Presentation of digital documents

The presentation of digital documents and the “Tunduk” mobile application has taken place. The “Tunduk” mobile application provides access to digital documents that are legally recognized throughout the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The list of legally recognized digital documents includes: passport, driver’s license, and vehicle registration certificate.

Digital format documents in the “Tunduk” application have identical legal force. Priority documents have been identified, which will be gradually introduced to this platform.

The “Digital Documents” section is located on the main page of the application. By navigating to this section, a citizen can select a document and share it.
It is stated that the authenticity of a document can only be verified through the mobile application.

To use a digital document, a citizen needs to:

— obtain a cloud-based electronic digital signature at a Citizen Service Center (CSC)

— download the “Tunduk” application from AppStore or PlayMarket

— log in to the mobile application using the cloud-based electronic digital signature.
