Presight AI and Astana Hub will collaborate to support startups in Central Asia

The International Technology Park of IT Startups Astana Hub has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the leading artificial intelligence and big data analytics company Presight.AI from the United Arab Emirates.

Under this agreement, Presight.AI, which is an operating company of Group42, is considering the possibility of venture funding for startup projects of Astana Hub participants.

The memorandum was signed by the CEO of Astana Hub Magzhan Madiyev and the CEO of Presight.AI Thomas Promotedham in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, at the Kazakhstan-UAE business investment forum.

Presight.AI will assist startup projects of park participants from Kazakhstan, Central Asian countries, Azerbaijan, and Mongolia in entering the Middle East and Africa regional markets.

The agreement provides for the organization of joint events to strengthen dialogue in the field of venture funding and human capital development, the launch of joint programs based on Astana Hub, and the organization of startup project presentations in the format of Demo Days.

The first Demo Day with Presight.AI for Kazakhstani companies will be held in the first quarter of 2023.

Astana Hub and Presight.AI agreed to cooperate in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Group42, signed on September 28, 2022, at the venue of the international IT forum Digital Bridge.
