The HR Brand Central Asia Award is celebrating its 10th anniversary. 29 companies from Kazakhstan, 7 from Uzbekistan, and 3 from Kyrgyzstan will compete for the title of the best employer. The finalists will be announced on April 27, 2023.
The HR Brand Central Asia Award is the most renowned and authoritative recognition for HR professionals in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. Each year, HeadHunter provides employers in Central Asia with the opportunity to showcase their HR practices and receive awards for the best ones within the framework of the HR Brand Central Asia Award.
This year, the Award celebrates its first anniversary. Over ten years, it has become a kind of "Oscar" among HR teams. Participation in the Award helps elevate employer branding to a new level, enhance the company's image, attract new talent, engage the market, and support the engagement of current employees. 29 Kazakhstani, 7 Uzbek, and 3 Kyrgyz companies will compete for the title of the best employer in Central Asia.
Nominees within the framework of the Award present their unique human resource management projects. There are almost no restrictions here, so some share how they care about the physical and mental health of their teams, others explain how they managed to attract the right number of employees for a new global initiative, and others describe how they organize internships or training for future and current employees.
All projects are divided into three main categories, each with three prize-winning places:
— "Region" — a project implemented in one of the cities of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, or Uzbekistan, including the capital
— "Country" — a project implemented in the regions of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan
— "World" — a project implemented in several countries or one that utilizes HR practices brought down from a foreign headquarters.
A special nomination from HeadHunter is an additional award for an outstanding project, regardless of the category presented by the participant in their application.
The main criterion for success in implementing any project is the team. All finalists of the HR Brand Award, regardless of the scale and level of business development, differences, and commonalities, form one large team that adapts first to new realities during the most challenging times, is not afraid of bold decisions, and supports not only people but also the business.
The partners of the event this year are:
— Lerna Corp — a corporate platform for online courses, which includes courses from Skillbox, GeekBrains, and SkillFactory, providing the opportunity to take corporate development to a new level with or without company payment
— Smart Solutions — an international HR provider that helps businesses focus on primary tasks by taking on secondary ones
— WeFind — an international HR holding that offers comprehensive HR solutions, enabling the creation of high-performance teams and business growth.
On April 27, 2023, at the venue of the HR Brand Central Asia Award, we will learn the names of the best employers of this year!
