Representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development discussed the further development of artificial intelligence.

As the operator of the national artificial intelligence platform, JSC "NIT" will play a central role in the development and integration of AI technologies into various sectors of Kazakhstan's economy.

Economic sectors will benefit significantly from AI, including information technology, financial services, healthcare, energy, and manufacturing.

Currently, active work is underway to create the architecture of the AI platform, develop its components, conduct testing, and prepare documentation. JSC "NIT" will provide the AI platform to the state, business, science, and education for the development and implementation of innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence, which will contribute to the development of process automation, improvement of the quality and accessibility of state and commercial services.

Additionally, by the end of 2024, a supercomputer using the most modern technologies will be launched in collaboration with the National Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" and Group 42.

When using the supercomputer, to protect the processed information, it is planned to apply standard information security technologies, such as those built into the operating systems, data storage systems, and network devices used, as well as traditional methods and means of information protection.
