Representatives of Uzbekistan's IT sector familiarized themselves with Huawei's 5G-Advanced solutions in Shanghai

As part of the World Mobile Congress in China, IT representatives from Uzbekistan visited the Huawei booth and explored the possibilities of commercially launching 5G-Advanced networks.

Huawei experts demonstrated how the commercial launch of 5G-A networks and AI-enabled devices will unlock opportunities for the widespread adoption of intelligent services, accelerate digital transformation across vertical industries, influence content creation, and create new prospects for the mobile industry.

Following the visit to the exhibition area, a series of meetings were held with Huawei representatives to discuss the current development of mobile networks in Uzbekistan and plans for further implementation of the "Digital Uzbekistan 2030" strategy. The Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies highly appreciated Huawei's contribution to strengthening and developing IT infrastructure in Uzbekistan over the past 25 years and emphasized the importance of continued collaboration in implementing advanced technologies. To this end, the parties signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at cooperation in the development of indoor coverage networks.

In addition to the delegation of government officials and telecommunications operators, students from Uzbekistan visited the Huawei booth as part of the China Digital Exploration Tour educational program.
