A ranking of IT companies where Kazakhstani professionals want and do not want to work has been released.

From January 23 to 31, 2024, 503 people participated in the People Consulting survey, which helped achieve the goal of creating a ranking of companies among the IT community in Kazakhstan.

The list included various sectors, from banking to telecommunications. Kazakhstani and international representatives competed for the title of the best employers.

According to the survey results, Yandex took first place in the ranking, with 63% of respondents expressing a desire to work there. Kolesa Group came in second with 55%, and Air Astana was third with 54%.

At the top of the list of least attractive employers is Kazakhtelecom, where 69% of respondents do not want to work. Following it are Otbası Bank and Eurasian Bank, both with 65%. Two more banks also made the list of undesirable employers: Altyn Bank with 58% and Halyk Bank with 55%.
