How It All Began
In 2020, I graduated with a bachelor's degree from the IGNGT Institute at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS) and returned to my hometown. After the COVID-19 pandemic, it was difficult to find a job in my field. The inconveniences people faced during the pandemic inspired me to develop the idea for my own startup offering home medical services. Over time, I acquired necessary skills by working in various companies and sectors: in production, sales, management, and others. These skills continue to benefit me today.
After ride-hailing services via mobile applications became popular, I decided to turn my idea into reality. In April 2022, I started taking action. After coordinating with four nurses, we launched through a regular Telegram group. Initially, I distributed and placed advertising materials "business cards, flyers, and similar materials" in all pharmacies in the city.
We started with the idea of improving access to home medical services. The first steps included market research and creating a minimum viable product (MVP).
Challenges included finding professionals and attracting initial users. We overcame this through active communication with medical staff and launching marketing campaigns.
Our team was formed by people who shared our mission. We looked for professionalism, initiative, and a desire to develop the project.

Target Audience
Our target audience consists of people in need of home medical care: the elderly, busy individuals, and patients with disabilities.
We solve the problem of access to medical services by allowing people to receive them at home.
Currently, more than 150 nurses work through our platform, and the number of clients is actively growing.
Incubation Programs
We participated in accelerator programs. This helped us improve our business model and attract initial users.
We gained positive experience and important knowledge about scaling. In one of the programs, we entered the top 5 startups.
In the early stages, the startup was funded through personal resources. External investments have not yet been attracted.
Challenges
The most unexpected challenge was convincing people to trust a new platform.
One lesson learned was the importance of user feedback, which helped improve the product.
Advice for beginners: start with market research and be prepared for rapid hypothesis testing.

Achievements
During 2022–2023, we scaled the platform to new regions and attracted more than 150 nurses. Although we do not yet have awards, our growth statistics and client testimonials speak for themselves.
These achievements have strengthened trust in the platform and helped attract more users.
Plans
By the end of the year, we plan to increase the number of partners and users by 30%.
In the future, we want to scale the startup nationally and add new services.
We are already developing a feature for quick nurse selection and plan to launch telemedicine.
