The winners of the Golden Joystick Awards 2022 have been announced.

This week, the British media company EMAP announced the results of the annual Golden Joystick Awards ceremony.

As is traditional, the voting was conducted by users of the gaming portal GamesRadar. A total of over one million votes were received.

The game Elden Ring won the most awards, taking home prizes in four categories. The studio FromSoftware, developer of Elden Ring, was recognized as the best studio of 2022.

Steam Deck was named the best hardware of 2022.

The best game of the year on:

— Nintendo Switch: action-RPG Pokémon Legends: Arceus

— PC: adventure game Return to Monkey Island

— Xbox: Grounded

— PlayStation: Stray.

The most anticipated game was The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
