The company «EKOCSI Consulting» and the Habr portal conducted the first study of IT brands in Kazakhstan. The survey involved 1,266 specialists (91% at the middle+ level) from 154 companies with an IT staff of more than 50 people. Only 35 of them have formed an IT brand. The top 3 leaders were Kolesa Group (85%), Yandex, and Tinkoff (both 84%).
EKOSI Consulting and the IT portal Habr conducted the first study in Kazakhstan on the IT brand of local employers — the company’s image and the set of characteristics influencing the choice of workplace. According to the study, only 35 out of 154 companies have formed an IT brand. The top three include Kolesa Group — 85%, Yandex and Tinkoff — both at 84%.
