The e-licensе.kz portal has automated services for informing about digital mining and notifying about waste management. According to Order No. 384/NQ of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 13, 2020, entrepreneurs in the field of digital mining do not need a license.
