Kazakhstan is confirming its growing role in the global community of information technology and innovation by concluding a number of strategic agreements at Digital Bridge 2025. Within the framework of the forum, government agencies, major companies, international technology parks, and other organizations signed 41 documents aimed at developing IT innovations.
During the forum, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed memorandums with leading international companies, including Freedom Bank Kazakhstan, Yandex Qazaqstan, Binance, and 3D Global Limited, as well as with a number of national organizations, including JSC Samruk-Energo. The documents are aimed at developing digital finance and modernizing the country's digital infrastructure.
One of the key events was an agreement between the international innovation cluster Astana Hub and the Chinese company UNITREE, a world leader in robotics. The parties agreed to open a specialized robotics laboratory in Astana based on the alem.ai Artificial Intelligence Center.
Another landmark event of the forum was the partnership between Astana Hub and the global analytics platform StartupBlink. For the first time, Kazakhstan took first place among Central Asian countries in the global Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2025, and Astana Hub received the prestigious title of Top Startup Hub in Central Asia. The parties agreed on joint development of the startup ecosystem, knowledge exchange, and promotion of Kazakhstani technology companies at the international level.
Overall, Astana Hub signed seven memorandums during Digital Bridge 2025. Among them is an agreement on cooperation with the Turkish Habitat Association. This document provides for the exchange of experience, support for entrepreneurs, and expansion of interaction between the innovation ecosystems of Kazakhstan and Turkey, which will open access to new international markets for startups.
A memorandum was also signed with Zhumabek Akmethule Tashenov University, which will provide students with access to the Astana Hub ecosystem, participation in startup support programs, and the opportunity to develop practical skills.
A separate event was the signing of an agreement between the biometric company Biometric.Vision and the global platform for transport and urban services inDrive. The cooperation opens up for inDrive the opportunity to integrate advanced solutions in the field of AI and computer vision. Such technologies will become not only a tool for ensuring security but also a driver of innovative development for the entire platform.
Recall that from October 2 to 4, the international forum Digital Bridge 2025 took place in Astana — the largest event in Central Eurasia in the field of technology and artificial intelligence, bringing together world industry leaders, investors, experts, and startups.
