The Ministry of Labor of Kyrgyzstan and Japanese companies have agreed on digital cooperation

Ravshanbek Sabirov, Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, met with Alex Atsushi Otaka, General Director of Transaction Media Networks Inc., during an official visit to Japan. The meeting discussed the prospects of implementing digital solutions in migration processes, employment, and labor mobility management.

The Kyrgyz side noted the high potential of cloud technologies, electronic payment systems, and integration platforms offered by the Japanese company. These solutions can be adapted for monitoring the employment of citizens abroad, simplifying administrative procedures, and increasing transparency.

Special attention was given to the training of young IT specialists. Kyrgyzstan expressed interest in launching educational programs and implementing pilot digital projects jointly with Japanese partners.

The Japanese side presented its technological developments and experience of cooperation with major corporations, including Toyota and Mitsubishi. It was also stated that the Japanese side is ready to accept Kyrgyz specialists in the IT sector, send experts for experience exchange, and support the development of high technologies in the republic. At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties confirmed their interest in strengthening interstate and intersectoral cooperation in the field of digital innovations, noting the importance of joint projects and business-government partnerships.
