The Massachusetts Institute of Technology will begin conducting research jointly with Satbayev University.

Collaboration between Satbayev University and one of the world's most prestigious technical universities, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), will enable the creation of innovations aimed at ensuring the scientific and technological development of Kazakhstan's economy.

During the visit of the Satbayev University delegation to MIT, the leadership of both universities discussed ways to cooperate in the fields of education and science. Joint research projects, student and faculty exchanges open up new opportunities for the development of education and science in Kazakhstan and for technology transfer.

Additionally, within the walls of MIT, an agreement was signed for Satbayev University to join the Fab Lab Network – an international network of laboratories that uses digital technologies to connect engineering researchers and practitioners from around the world. The agreement will provide talented youth and scientists with access to tools, knowledge, and financial resources for learning, innovation, and invention.
