Laboratory 3.0 has opened access to an online internship for beginner IT specialists across Kazakhstan.

EdTech project of IT company Solva Technology — Laboratory 3.0 — is expanding beyond a single city. Now, you can complete an IT internship on real tasks online, from anywhere in Kazakhstan.

What the new format offers:

— work with real cases: training is built around tasks from FinTech and web development, closely resembling real-world scenarios
— mentors from active teams: senior specialists and team leads from Solva Technology — the development center of SolvaGroup Ltd. and an Astana Hub participant — conduct live sessions, perform code reviews, and provide feedback
— small groups and team experience: interns work as in a real project: with planning, tasks, team meetings, and releases
— career path: graduates acquire the necessary tech stack and soft skills to confidently enter the job market and pass interviews at IT companies.

Laboratory 3.0 is positioned as an alternative to traditional courses and theoretical schools. Over three months, interns gain not only knowledge but also practical experience — from writing automated tests and analyzing requirements to developing backend services in Java and Python and creating frontend interfaces.

For those ready for full immersion, the PRO group is available — three months of internship at the Solva Technology office in Almaty, 40 hours per week, and guaranteed employment.

Those wishing to complete the internship need to submit an application on the website solvatech.kz and complete a test task. After that, participants receive recommendations and access to the program.

The internship is conducted online and is available from any region of Kazakhstan.
