KTZ is implementing its own digital technologies

The Department of Traffic Safety and the "Main Computing Center" branch have developed the automated system "Traffic Safety" and the information complex "Info-Center".

The "Traffic Safety" system includes two modules: "Inspector for Traffic Safety", AS RB, which has been in operation since 2016 and stores data for the last 10 years, and "Analysis of Traffic Safety Risks", AS AR, which analyzes risks based on statistical data.

AS BD helps reduce the impact of the human factor, decrease paperwork, and optimize processes. It quickly processes information from across the country and assesses risks for train movements. KTZh management can receive real-time data on safety.

The "Info-Center" complex informs KTZh managers about the state of operations, rolling stock, and infrastructure. It displays data in the form of interactive dashboards with color coding. To date, the trial operation of the complex has been completed in the Kyzylorda, Aktobe, Shymkent, and Kostanay freight divisions. Work is underway to expand it to other divisions and the corporate level of KTZh.
