Konica Minolta and Python RPA have signed a technology partnership agreement

Konica Minolta and Python RPA are strengthening and expanding their partnership. Users of the Python RPA platform will use OCR solutions from Konica Minolta in their projects. Intelligent data processing, recognition, digitization, and verification of paper and electronic documents will take dozens of times less time.

Konica Minolta is the exclusive distributor of EasyData and ESV Platform solutions in Central Asia. The company's specialists have significant experience in automating document management using AI and OCR technologies.

Python RPA is a leader in software robot development in Central Asia. The Python RPA platform creates digital employees, freeing real employees from routine operations and allowing them to focus on intellectual tasks. Python RPA robots are successfully used in leading companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan and beyond.

The technological partnership between Konica Minolta and Python RPA has already yielded results. Using the RPA platform and OCR solution, the productivity of employees at the State Archive of Astana city was increased dozens of times. Currently, joint work is underway to automate routine processes for the Nomad Oil gas station network. Additionally, based on Konica Minolta's OCR solutions and the Python RPA platform, a project was implemented at the shared service center of a large plant, where accounting entries are now created automatically: information is recognized and entered into SAP without human intervention.
